Artist's Description
It took more than three hours of four-wheel drive off roading to arrive at the most remote outpost on the Grand Canyon's north rim that I could ever imagine. We were completely alone there, and stood at the top of the canyon, thousands of feet above the Colorado River while the sun rose in the east and created a firy and dramatic sunrise. It was a special moment that I will live with forever. And I hope to return to this sacred and lonely place. I hope you enjoy this image as much as I do.
