The fall is my favorite time of year, because of the stunning colors that are produced. When I saw this Japanese maple standing out from all the rest in its full splendor of orange, yellow, and red fall colors, I couldn't believe my eyes. I simply had to take this photo and capture this moment. The next day a rain and wind storm swept through the area, and the beauty of this tree was gone.
